Responsible to: The District Manager

Role Summary: The role is drive the business to meet and exceed store targets and operation standards by taking ownership of your store, developing your team and leading by example.

Salary:

From €26,488 to €40,136 per annum includes bonus & performance based Allowance (based on a 45 hour week)

Assistant Managers

Responsible to: The Store Manager

Role Summary: The Role is to support the Store Manager to work as a team to develop a selling culture and manage staff performance. You will take responsibility for improving your store and achieving and exceeding store targets and operating standards.

We are looking for people who have:

• A proven track record in sales within a similar, fast paced retail environment
• The ability to motivate and coach your team to meet targets
• Effective people management & Budgetary experience
• Professional interpersonal & communication skills
• An interest in Films, Games, Mobile Telephony, Music & electronics

Salary:

From €23,545 to €25,900 per annum includes bonus (based on a 40 hour week,)

Senior Sales Staff

Responsible to: The Store Manager

Role Summary: The role will be to assist the Store Manager to achieve and exceed store targets and operation standards by executing your agreed duties to the highest possible standard. You will communicate proactively with the Store Manager regarding staff performance.

Salary:

From €20,072 to €22,079 per annum includes bonus [ Based on a 40 hour week]

You must have:

• Exceptional customer service skills
• The ability to supervise & motivate a team of people
• Commercial awareness
• An interest in Films, Games, Mobile Telephony, Music & electronics
